This movie, from 2001 stars the well known star, John Travolta.
A young boy gets told his mother is getting married to a popular member of the town. He visit's his biological dad (John Travolta) and helps him get over it. After the marrige the boys mother announced she was pregnant, he ran into his now step-fathers car. The step-father got in it and drove away not knowing the boy was in the car. He picks up his so called "old friend" from a motel. They drove to a bank and the old friend looked in the back seat to find a map and seen the boy. But, before the man could speak he was stabbed in the back! The step-father of the boy took the remains to an old brick works and burned the body. The boy quickly jumped out the car and ran to his biological fathers house. When the step-father got home, his was took into jail for about 5 minutes then let out cause of no evidance.
Nobody believed the boy. So, the man continuously threatened the boy to keep quiet. Later on in the film, the real father finds out that the step-father is an ex-murderer and been found guilty of grand thieft!
The man ran out of his room, then knocked out. The murderer poured gas everywhere and what he didnt know what that he had gas on his arm so his arm also got lit on fire as well as the building. Sudenly, the real farher of they boy came aware that his building was on fire and escaped in time.
When the murderer got home, his wife and the boy spotted his arm was burned and seen the news before, they knew it was him and attempted to escape. The man came to the garage and pushed the woman out the car, also killing the baby. Then she pushed the door on his foot. They both ran then he knocked the woman out and chased the boy. Without warning, the boy smashed him across with a baseball bat. The boy ran not long after the murderer came to get him and he did too. Soon after was the real dad came to the rescue...
