Namco's award winning aerial war game will go stereoscopic for the first time, and not only in home consoles.

The game is set to release 15 November in America and other than the amazing graphics for the 3DS it will also have similar features to the console games, but judging by the recent different gameplay videos the playability will be different, adopting an "arcade'ish" style of gameplay mixed with real world aspects (watch the video here).

Apparently, before each mission you will be able to choose your aircraft, wingmen and specific ammunition for your jet.

Which one?

And also, exclusively on the 3DS you will be able to use the touchscreen to lock-on your targets helping you in the steel carnage.

Another welcome feature is the cockpit view, which is also in the console versions of the game. And unfortunately there has been no words about a online or even local multiplayer, so lets hope for the best!

If you are looking for a portable jet fight game that is not Star Fox, Ace Combat for the 3DS will surely the best choice for this Winter.
