(Sorry for my abscence. If you'd go back a re-read Part 4, I've made some changes. Thank you!)
"Darin as a satyr will be a challenging foe. But Dalion is a demon lord and has ten times the power Darin now possesses," Reo spoke to me.
Scyrce's head snapped towards what was the cave entrance. "More approach!"
"Can you tell who it is?" The Elder Reo turned toward the entrance.
"Demons! And many of them!" Scyrce withdrew his chain from inside his sleeve.
Just then, Reo appeared out of nowhere, breathing heavily with wide eyes. "They come! Darin and an army of demons!"
But the warning came too late. A horde of felgaurd marched in with Doomgaurds flying just over their heads. Monstrous rock things with green flame bursting from between the large bolders paraded behind them. Felbeasts with their long tenticles swirling hungrily around there eyeless heads fell in line with the other demons. Amid the stomping and synched steps, a laughter most sinister echoed through the large room. Darin was coming.
All of the other Reos stood simultaneously and armed themselves. Most of them had probablly been through this already in their lifetimes. Whether I survived, I did not know. They positioned themselves in a sort of formation. Reo the Elder commanded them all and gave each a specific order. A few chose to use their Soulfire while the younger ones had other weapons at their disposal. One even seemed to be a warlock. The mage, Laerik, joined in as well. He had his lips pursed with some sort of incantation and his water elemental stood leisurely at his side. I was surprised the magic-weilder did not cower away. I lit my soulfire and summoned my favorite dual blades. The present Reo stood in front of me. I should have been the one protecting him.
