The elections are held every 7 seven years.There are usually 7 Candidates.
Here is a system to choose Candidates:
(P.S:To all Americans:Countys are like States)
1.Each county has a council.
2.Each county also has a presidential Candidate.
3.The Council votes for a person from another council
4.The Most-Voted people are now in the public election!

So the Candidates were (In order of Place at the end of election)

Gay Mitchell (Weird name O_o)
David Norris
And the worst of them all:
Dana Rosemary Scallon.

Actually,Sean Gallagher might have won if he didn't tell a lie!

First of all,Let me tell you Sean Gallagher was No.1 to win.Nearly EVERYONE was going to vote for him.
But then...
Sean Gallagher was interviewed on Live Irish TV (Otherwise known as RTÉand was asked about receiving a letter.Sean replied "No" but then later admitted that he HAD gotten the letter.
So the moral is:
Dont tell lies to get the prize.
