After four years from Concept art to Construction, the first ever attraction to be based on the hit animated series and toy line, Transformers, will open in just four days at Universal Studios Singapore, and in the Spring of 2012 for Hollywood.

The ride itself is an upgraded version of the ride technology used on Universal's highly acclaimed "Amazing Adventures of Spiderman" which opened to rave reviews as a headlining attraction in1999 for the new Universal Park, Islands Of Adventure.

The ride system is a twelve passenger vehicle, three rows of four, mounted on a highly advanced pneumatic simulator system.

This "scoop" vehicle travels through the ride scenes, using both in house and 3-D effects to create one of the most cohesive and flowing ride experiences ever.

Transformers: The Ride has you strapped into the Autobot "Evac" who was re-desined for the ride. You and Evac travel the city attempting to stop the theft of an All Spark shard.

The ride is one two levels, and uses elvators to travel from one to the other.

The ride's twelves scenes and backstory were developed closely with Transformer's Director, Michael Bay.

The theming and immersion shown off so far show this ride as being on of Universal's finest Creations.

I myself plan on attending the Media Day (day before ride opens for Media) for the ride and will bring you all the action and excitement as well as a breakdown of the entire ride!
