Hey, how are you all doing?
So, knowing that the 3ds is capable of agumented reality is one of the reasons I bought it.
The other day I was playing arround with the pokedex 3d ar viewer and thought "what if I can make an ar marker that lets you see life-size pokemon?" And after a lot of measuring and using math I figured the size that the marker should have for that.
Here are the dimensions:
A square of 43.2 cm² divided in an 8*8 grid [measuring well is important, specially for the black part]
each small square should measure 5.4 cm²
Now, since I'm lazy I just made the whole middle part black and cutted white squares to put on top and match the code of the pokemon I want to see.
Oh, and after you set the marker go to the ar viewer options and change to "actual" mode, and move the size slider all the way to the right.
