I know I am going to get judged by this poem. This is how I truely feel about my dad. I know it probably doesn't make sense, but I tried to explain it the best I could.





How long do I have to sit here alone in this almost empty room?
How long do I have to spend wasting my life and crying for you?
I stare at this photograph.
You know, the one that use to make me laugh.

I want to rip the picture to shreds.
I want to take an overdose on meds.
Something to end all this endless pain.
SOMETHING TO MAKE ME LOOK LESS INSANE!

I want to let go of the past.
I want to do it now, end it fast.
I want to start my life over new.
I no longer want to be in this almost empty room.

I told you once, and I'll tell you again.
Stop acting like you are my best friend.
I'm tired of all the lies you feed me.
I can see right through them now can't you see?

I feel the room getting smaller and smaller.
I feel like a mutt on it's collar.
I begin to sufficate from the lack of space.
The death of you and me comes at a quicker pace.

The photograph begins to fade.
It will disappear in a matter of days.
It mean I will no longer have you in my life.
You are no longer worth taking a stab by a knife.

The room comes to it's final feet.
I know that my heart will still beat.
You had your chance to spend time in my life but you decided not to, isn't that sad.
After all I use to call you the #1 dad.

As if now yout are not my father.
Fight me about it, sure, but why bother?
You wanted out,
So I gave it to you, why do you now decide to pout?

I am done and over you.
This is not out of the blue.
So just don't come back into my life.
I will not let you come back, only to stab me in the back with a knife.

You are my biological dad...
Now doesn't this make you feel bad?
