Ugh. Stupid thing! I was on the net last night when my DSi suddenly turned off with no warning. Turns out it constantly thinks it's charging when it's not. And when it is plugged in, the battery and the system take no notice. Now it's back in its bowl of rice, leaving me unsure of what to do with it. Maybe I'll try to get it working on its-----I just had an idea! I have a buddy at school who has a DSi. I could ask him to charge his DSi and bring it to school the next day. I'll bring my tools, DSi and batery, we'll switch batterys, I'll convert all my files to my SD card, post my final farewell to Hatena, and enjoy my DSi's last working hours, then, when its battery dies, I'll take it to an electronic scrapper, sell it, take the money and set that towards a 3DS. Then I coul
d have constant problems with the 3DS's 3-8 hour battery life span. Which is stupid, really, seeing as it has the exact same battery as the DSi and DSi-XL. It dies so quickly because of all of its stupid functions. Like streetpass, the pedometer, all that useless bundle of built-in software and such. *sigh* I've noticed that I can only get my electroics to last about a year. Here, I'll show ya:

Several years ago I had a Gameboy SP. It was summer that a twit of a "friend" stole it. I had it half a year.

3-4 years after that I got a PSP-3000...I think. I had less than a year before it obtained irreversable water damage from steam.

The next year I got a DS Lite. It kerputted about 2 months before Christmas. I met its absolute demise when I throuugh iit at a wall, snapping.

Then I got my DSi, which somehow manaed to lastt the longest. It went till the end of February the next year. Then a bully/moron at school took my water-bottle cap, creating a reprecussion that caused water to find its way into my DSi. Now its dead. My next wonder can only be; how will the 3DS I want meet its demise. Well, I guess I'll find out net year, adding too the list of portable gaming systtems that I've killed over the years.

P.S. All of those were given to me at X-mas.
P.P.S. A n00b at school created a reprecuussion last Friday that killed my DSi.
