The origin of modern humans (Homo sapiens) is a subject of serious debate among scientists. The arguements are so heated because discoveries of fossial humans are relatively rare, many having been made only since the early 1960s. Every detail discovered is important, as changes in humans have occured in a relatively short time. Modern humans may have appered as little as 100,000 years ago. In some places they live alongside Neanderthals (found in a book) for over 40,000 years. Neanderthals changed little, remaining a distinct people until they died out about 30,000 years ago. Modern humans seem to have appeared first in Africa, then spread throught the world.


That's known as a Cranium of Homo.
Teeth like those africanus.

The discovery of Homo habilis at Olduvai and at other african sites prompted a debate about its Austra-lopi-the-cus like, flat-sided face andn tree-climbing ability, compared to their more human brain capacity of 600-800 cc (cubic centermetres)- 36.5-49 cu in (cubic inches) - and precise gripping hand.

First of all I'm not confusing anything but that's your choice. You'll never know the truth because you won't believe me but whatever. Second of all Charles Darwin was a kook. He just got bored one day and said. "I think I'm related to a monkey. Let all the idiots believe me. I'll lead them all away from the truth Jesus."

Charles Darwin never just said "Oh i'm bored so i think i'm related to monkeys." he was doing research on the carribean islands (i think) and noticed how in each island the characteristics and traits defferienciate in each island. For example, he believed that the iguanas there were once on the land but as the climate changed, so did the iguanas,those who had the capabilities to swim survived and mated to produce youngsters that (hopefully) knew how to swim, those who couldn't swim could not mate and drowned ridding all those non-swimmers and letting the swimmers to live and continue evolving. He also went on to closely investigate the finches (or birds) in all the islands and noticed the beaks of these finches were different according to its food scource, those who ate nuts had a wide strong beak to allow it to break open walnuts. THEREFORE proving his theory in "evoution" and further invalidating your arguement.

Homo abilis were monkeys. Monkeys then turned into a Homo abilis l think.

People who confuse science with religion are idiots. Modern technology plus archaeological evidence proves the similarities between Homo Sapien and Ape. After the Precambrian era ended, we have had solid proof of the evolution of certain species.
Charles Darwin himself would argue that evolution takes place in a species to make it easier for it to live in a certain habitat.
Human evolution since the Ape has given us a microevoluted brain and above average brainpower, which you're wasting.

a minor mutation? a minor mutation would be just one sector being added or reomoved from the DNA. Thats a minor mutation. a full pair of chromosomes? that would require a MAJOR mutation. @Blazexero22

Nobody has enough evidence of how we 'evolved' or if we were just always born humans, but its just an awesome thing to debate about :] everyone has their own view on things =D

I'd also like to add that almost no one here, if anyone here at all, actually knows enough about the theory of evolution to pass any sort of valid judgement on the subject. Reading a few articles and books doesn't make you anything close to an expert.

There is no evidence of monkeys being related to humans but they are very simular. thats kinda the argument lol. but since monkeys and humans arnt,the same species theres a kinda low chance of us actually evolving from apes. one thing that makes them simular though is about hands, which people say made life a lot easyer and let us develop tools. i also researched and found out humans (as we all know) have 23 pairs of chrimosomes. Apes actually have 24 pairs. These chromosoomes contain DNA so basicly make who,you are. but how would humans gain a chromosome? i also researched and found out chickens have the same amount of chromosomes dogs.... dats funny x] but its a very interesting subject anyways :]

You know everyone laughs at your ignorance. The bible was written by multiple unknown men, it is highly likely that one or more was corrupt and that they decided to write crazy things to manipulate people. Funny how over a millenia later people still think the Bible is a credible source of info. There are MANY theries on how humans came to be. NOONE KNOWS. I think theres alot of evidence that life came from tiny microorganisms in the waters in the bit of earth and water inbeetween teh asia and teh africa.
