Ingredients: (Makes one cake about 18cm in diameter) 2 eggs, 1/3 cups of sugar, 1/3 cups of soft flour, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
Frosting/filling: Strawberries, 3/4 cups of whipped cream, 1 tablespoon sugar.
1) Cut out a piece of wax paper to match the cake, and put it in the bottom of a cakepan. Microwave the butter for about 1-2 minutes. Preheat oven at 320°F.
2) Crack the eggs in a bowl, and mix, Then, add sugar untill it all melts.
3) Put warm water (about 86°F) in a big bowl. Place the bowl from step 2 inside and use a mixer to whip it up.
4) Sift the flour into the bowl from step 3. After stirring, add the melted butter from step 1.
5) Pour batter into the cakepan. Use BOTH your hands to take out the excess air. Put pan in oven.
6) Once done, put it on a plate to cool(Put a tooth pick through it. If it comes out clean it's done!)
7) Put sugar in whipped cream,and place bowl in a bigger bowl with icewater. Use a mixer to whip.
8 ) Wash strawberries, and cut off stems. Cut them into slices, and put them aside. Cut cake in half. Spread whipped cream on the bottom, and place strawberries on the top. Spreak mor whipped cream on that. Place the top on the bottom.
9) Spread whipped cream on cake evenly. Decorate using whippedcream, and strawberries.
TIP: the tempurature of the oven depends on the make of the oven. So, if you bake it and it's still raw, change the tempurature lower and bake it longer.
