The Failure
I am the failure.
This is my story.
Read it and mock me, please.

I did something wrong
I strayed from the light
When life got hard
I didn't stay for the fight

I forgot my friends
I started to deny them
Memories flooded back
And I started to remember him

I started to loose every ounce of moral
Forgot what I stood for
When I lost my way
My feet lost the floor

I lost what I had
I got it all again
Then it all slipped away
And it was gone again, in the form of a friend.

I let my emotions out
Chose not to bottle them
I found a knife
And let it dance on skin

Now it's ready, set, go
To get my life back
Now, my friends, help me now
I gotta get my life on track.
