Hate this feeling,
the hatred in this world.
It's in every boy and girl,
thrust upon them by what they see.
But if they see and act the same,
they're no better than you or I.
Best to just shut their eyes,
Hide the hatred and the cries.
But in the long run,
nothing helps for if you leave
then they open their eyes.
See the world for what it is,
not fairy tales with happy endings,
but reality with death and sorrow.
"Wake up and grow up" you say,
But grow up why?
To thrust hate on others?
No a lifetime as a child is good,
innocence is fine,
no hatred towards others,
till you're grown.
So stay a kid full of love,
No need to have hatred thrown.
