@purplepandafishImage/video uploading wouldn't serve too much considering the Wii U doesn't have a camera. I mean you could save pictures from games and off the internet with it, but 3DSPaint isn't for sharing internet pictures.

I'd say since the DSi, 3DS, and Wii equivalents are done. It should all be under one url instead of paying for 3 seperate urls.
It should have one page where it says, "which system are you using?"
Then users would have to choose which system.
Let's say if a user chooses DSiPaint. The url can look like this
http://nintendopaint.com/dsi
Rather than it be a whole a lot of confusion.
That way the Wii U segment falls into place without having to get in contact with anyone for a taken url.
(A real web developer would understand this.)
