Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting this game! I LOVED the original on GC, I'd love to relive it in HD! Whoever played WW on GC would agree that an HD version seems amazing! Now, all we need are some additions. Like a challenge mode.

Because the two sequels, while they were good amongst DS games, cannot compare to Wind Waker. And aside from the huge gameplay differences, this is on a console way more powerful than the DS.

I have a feeling that this'll be more than a Wii U port.

While the 3DS has the "mature" TLoz (OOT 3D) the Wii U get the "toon" TLoZ. Seems like consoles and handhelds changed "roles" for a while this new gen start, XD

Wind Waker is my favorite Zelda! I also like Nintendo's reasoning for doing a remake.

More serious comment, I kind of miss the toony graphics. And I liked the slightly noticable edges of those polygons. Like this, it just feels... wrong. Either way, if I get a Wii U, that is #1 on my list.

A remake of Wind Waker? That's a bunch of crap. It's the same thing with it's freaking long water rides. I loved the original but it was so annoying. Not the best LOZ

Actually, Wind Waker's graphics have aged fairly well. I read years back that they dropped a few dungeons and put in the Triforce shard hunt because of development time constraints. Maybe they will replace the most boring aspect of the game with the original intents.

This looks promising. Nintendo should probably extend the game more. Maybe adding some additional dungeons or side quests. The reason Nimtendo remakes game is to show the newer generation that didn't get a chance to play. Also this game needed an upgrade from those blurry toon graphics.
