There's yet another matter that needs to be disscussed.
Lately I have noticed a lot of these excuses to use caps. "My keybord is broken" "My caps lock button is stuck" etc. etc.
I'm sorry, that's not our problem. If your keyboard is "broken" then I have three suggestions:
1. You shouldn't even be on the computer if it's broken.
2. There's a button called "Shift". If you hold it down with tape while typeing in caps, it will restore the normal lowercase letters.
3. Get your keyboard fixed or replaced.

I'm tired of complaints of the ones I banned for cap spam after I've given two warnings and not a word of broken keyboards are mentioned untill after the ban.
Don't get me wrong, brief cap moments are ok, but not constant caps.
