The weekend is here. That means I will have some time to work on the SDK Community app for iOS!
We've established some of the early aspects of the community it should include: blogs, messages, etc. The next survey of sorts I have concerns the main interface. I've narrowed it down to 4 possibilities and would like comments, votes, etc., to help me decide.
First, we have the Coverflow...
If you use an iPod for your music collection, you are familiar with this. There is a series of images stacked horizontally. When swiping left and right, different images become the focus.
Second, there is the Master/Detail...
This menu system establishes a hierarchical structure with main menus and submenus.
Third is the Pagination...
The iOS home screen uses this to allow swiping between screens.
Finally, the tried and true icons...
We use these now, but should we continue?
By the way, here's the iTunes artwork, which is scaled down for the icons.
If you are on android you can just use http://www.appsgeyser.com/ Make it yourself Even add different tabs and stuff May not be perfect but it works very well and optimized lol
Y U NO ANDROID? Thats just about the only way I would keep going here as I have to remember about this site to go here... the launcher on android is a constant reminder about the site.

I'm opening up the API for someone else to develop an Android app.
