So, you may be wondering, where has the awesome and sexy President Drippy been? What's he been doing with his amazing life? Hopefully this review will answer those questions.
FIFA Soccer 13
This is probably one of my favorite games, ever. There are an infinite amount of modes that you can play on, as you would expect from EA Sports. Here are a few:
Career
Like previous years, FIFA 13 has two types of career modes. MANAGER mode, and PLAYER mode. In manager mode, you choose a team of your choice (I started off with FC Barcelona, as they are my favorite club) and you can buy players, sell players, give contracts, manage international teams, get fired (if you suck) and even play matches for your team. I prefer this mode more because it gives you complete control over everything.
In player mode, you create a player and try to get your player as famous as possible, by winning matches and scoring goals. In the first season, you are sent on loan from whatever team you chose, so that you can develop your skills. You can also choose an already famous player (e.g. Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo) and continue on with their career. Although I like manager mode more, this mode is also spectacular.
Seasons
This is probably the mode I play the most. In SEASONS, you just choose a team and play against other people online. You start off in Division 10, and through a series of 10 games each season, you try to get promoted. In order to not be relegated to a lower division (e.g. from Division 6 to Division 7), you have to win at least 3 games. You have to work your way to Division 1, where, if you win the Division Title, you get loads of coins to spend in EAS FC (EA Sports Football Club).
FIFA ULTIMATE TEAM
I'm sure lots of NHL gamers know what this is. It's similar to manager mode. You start off with a crappy team, and you have to win games with them in a mode like Seasons (online). Winning games, and facing FIFA's Team of the Week, will give you lots of coins, that you can use to bid for players and buy them from other online players. The whole mode is online. FUT can be extremely addicting, but once you've got an amazing team - which takes really long - it gets pretty easy to beat people.
Those are only a few of the modes in FIFA 13. There is also FIFA Interactive World Cup and PlayStation Move Matches.
Graphics
Well, the graphics are as good as soccer game graphics can get. Much better than Pro Evolution Soccer graphics, though. Not much to say here.
Gameplay and Controls
Game only lags if a person you're facing has bad internet (or you have bad internet). Controls are nice and simple. This year's FIFA is a lot harder than FIFA in previous years. The goalkeepers are better, first touch control is harder, and keeping the ball is harder. It encourages passing the ball around, not just giving it to a fast person to sprint up and score. Difficulties available are Amateur, Semi-Pro, Professional, World Class, and Legendary, though I think in FUT there is also Ultimate.
Also, unlike NHL and MADDEN and all those other games, FIFA covers leagues from all over the world. Even Saudi Arabia and Australia. EVEN NORWAY.

Yes, I'm Canadian and I hate hockey. Kill me.
Platforms
FIFA 13 is available on PC, XBOX 360, PS3, PS2, PS Vita, PSP, Wii U, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and iOS.
I give this game a perfect 5/5!
So none of you have an excuse not to get this game. Unless you have a DSi, then you're screwed. Sucks for you.
But really. This game is amazing, and not only for soccer fans. Get it.
Besides, I got it for like 2 bucks off the App Store on a Christmas sale.
Anyway, as a good Englishman like myself would say, pip pip cheerio!
