He can slice at air to create portals to go from dimension to dimension. He can fly. He posses energy in its most destructive form. He has only one transformation, that is guided by instinct, alone. He always joins RPs by falling out of a portal. If I enter someone elses RP, I use Teen Neku, If I'm RPing in my own setting I use Neku. He posses only 1/6 of his strength that adult Neku posses. He's an Arcadian. He goes to high school every now and then. He raised himself in his own house. His parents disappeared at 2.
