Last night I finally got the next version of the SDK Community App ready for the App Store. (Note that the app supports iPad and iPad Mini, as well, but screenshots only show for the iPhone and iPod Touch version.)
Chatrooms
The biggest change is the addition of chatrooms. The submenu lists all the chatrooms and shows how many people are in them, and if any events are ongoing.
The chatrooms themselves are formatted to work well with the onscreen keyboards by keeping the chat text, text entry field, and name color changer, visible at all times. Showing and hiding the keyboard will toggle display of the user list and avatar Coverflow.
This chatroom layout is a very early form, so I know that it can be optimized. For instance, additional features can be tucked to the right of the user list, which is mainly whitespace. A smilie picker may work here, for instance.
Some commands work in this first version, like /away, /batman, /chucknorris, etc., but commands that involve images have been dropped for the short term. (They will be added, so don't worry about that.)
I would like feedback on the chatrooms by anyone who tries the app so that it can keep improving.
HB Online Database
This is a special bonus, just for those who purchase the $.99 "Pro" version of the app. The feature includes the entire content database for HB Online. Some of these items come from the Database page for hullbreachonline.com, but some additional higher-resolution images and categories are included here. All planets show their coordinates to provide an easy reference for completion of in-game missions.
API Update
Anyone interested in using the newest API, let me know. This newest version (2.4.9) contains functionality for querying chatrooms, listing chatrooms, and querying lists and individual items from the HB Online content database.
Could the notifications be limited a little bit, so if two or more are received for the same thing we won't get spammed? Like if this happens (http://imgur.com/kh0fERf.jpg) it'd just say "the group 'x' has multiple new shouts"

Those notifications were all received at different times, so they were not duplicates. It just looks like you are subscribed to an active discussion.
I realize that, but I mean instead of eight different notifications for the same group it would be better to just get one every 15 minutes saying you have more than two notifications for it.

I could add a setting for the frequency of push alerts.
