Books. They have been around as long as time. Are they becoming obsolete? I hope not. Books are important to our civilization. They help us remember things of long ago. With new technology to read books on it's causing book store to close or have less hours. Boarders is the one that everyone knows about and if your gonna talk about closed books stores is the most known. The book fair a book store in virginia which sells books store have overstock of reduced it's hours and has less books then it used too. Technology might be a bad thing in this case. Books are better than tablets because you can use them anywhere and you don't need electricity. But tablet books are much cheaper. It's harder to read things on tablets. Also you can lose data on a tablet if you mess up and it's not backed up. Books have a great smell but tablets have no smell. Over all books are better in my opinion. I hope they never become obsolete. I hope in the future books are still used around the world.
