Guys, there's a new system called the Wii U. It's pretty cool actually. It's also the successor to the Wii.
Oh, and I'll mention this:
THAT SHOULD BE TOTALLY OBVIOUS.
NO, NINTENDO ISN'T GOING TO KEEP MAKING GAMES FOR THE WII FOREVER.
AND THAT GOES FOR THE DS TOO. THERE'S A SUCCESSOR CALLED THE 3DS.
People post comments online something like, "wil this come out 4 the wii too?"
And, "it's not fair how nintindo stops making all the cuul gaems 4 wii nd just focuses on the wii u."
GUESS WHAT.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY INTEND TO DO.
See, they don't actually make new systems for no reason. They make new systems and make new games for the new systems. And they make money from them. Yeah, Nintendo is actually a business.
Also, to make a game for two systems isn't just copy/pasting data. They wouldn't have a 'graphics quality' knob to turn down if they were to make a game for Wii and Wii U.
And if you want a game that is not coming out for your wonderful Wii, get a Wii U.
Let's use that same sentence again, replacing the system names.
And if you want a game that is not coming out for your wonderful DS, get a 3DS.
New systems are better, so the games are capable of looking and playing better. And no, Nintendo doesn't have to make the same game for their old and new systems.
It's not even just with older and newer systems though. Some people want Wii U games to come out on 3DS. They post comments like, "they shold make this 4 3ds too."
Lulz.
If they made all the first party games on Wii U for 3DS, there would be no first party Wii U exclusives.
Who the hell has enough money to get every new system that comes out? I sure don't. This blog was also pretty Captain Obvious-ish. Everyone knows this, but they just don't like admitting to it (or they're whiny birches...yes, I meant to say birches...TREEZ). Wub wub. Bye.
I meant the fact that it lacks a gameboy advance slot.
The backwards compatibility across the last generation.

Yea I guess you could say that but how long do you expect Nintendo to keep putting a GBA slot on their systems. Even tho GBA was amazing they can't keep supporting it. The only reason why the DS had one was because the GBA was still had games for it. I swear the GBA life span was like 10 years+ The one handheld that can last as long as a console.

I don't have a Wii U yet 'cause it's seriously lacking good games. I was originally going to get it when smash bros comes out, but a friend who made me beat him up all day on it made me hate that game...
The only game I KNOW I'll get once I have a Wii U is Game & Wario. Wario is the only realistic mario character.
Oh, and the Wii sucks. I have a friend who is convinced that the US government will crash this year and other systems will be to expensive for parents to buy their kids, so the Wii will be supported again. I've tried SO hard to try and get him to see that his precious Wii is never gonna get anymore good games. Some kids need to shut up and give Nintendo their money.
It's natural for people to think like this. Shelling out a cool 300 for a new system isn't easy, especially for a console that doesn't have a particularly good repertoire of games yet.
To make a game on lets say the PS4 to XBox One to Wii U to PC, you would have to port each game to each system, then optimize it, then you're basically re writing 1/4 of the code. This is why companies spent millions on making games. The amount of work put in doesn't equal the amount put out.
