Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings is the the follow up to the game Final Fantasy XII. In this game you join Vaan, Penelo and Co. For a journey to the sky kingdom of Lémures.
The game starts where the original finishes off. Vaan has his skyship and is travelling the skies. But Vaan's ship is destroyed at the Cache of Glabados.
After returning to the grand city f Rabanastre, a skyship flies over then crashes. They hijack the ship then find Lémures.
Once in Lémures the unveil secrets to do with clashes against Aegyl and Hume's.
The game is very, very tricky and I have the 'GAME OVER screen way too much for a Final Fantasy game.
The game is definetly not a 'done in a day' kind of game. This is because the battles are long, very long. Especially the closer you get towards the end of the game.
For a DS game, the graphics are very adorable and sleek, just how a Final Fantasy game should be. Not many computer generated cutscenes appeared in this one, compared to other DS Final Fantasy games.
The characters in this game are definetly made so that children can have a comparison to them. Although Vaan has appeared in the Kingdom Hearts series, to see his character re-ignited in a game like this is stunning.
Conclusion
To sum up, the game is a lovely re-incarnation of the original game. Although in a cutscene Vaan hair colour doesn't match up to his sprite's hair.
