No, the dev program is only open on the Wii U for now.

Ah well. Maybe one day, hopefully. Heh. If it weren't for profit loss, you'd be able to give everyone on the site download codes for it!

Indy devs are hoping that the special dev program will be extended to the New N3DS. We haven't heard anything yet, though.
