Yay Yagura, he's the guy voiced by the guy who voices Ichigo, good old joghny.

Now this guy is good in melee terms, they're short, and his neutral combo end can catch you if you're behind him. He's ranged as well, during his melee he shoots out water spears. His jutsu cannot be dodged by going sideways, you have to go forward or backwards to get away from at, as for his ultimate jutsu,, it's nothing to be worried about, but it can hit you if you fall on it from the air, just spam the substitute button and you'll be fine. As for yaguras 3 tailed host transformation awakening, he turns into a giant turtle and runs you over with his shell, this attack is very annoying, and if his awaakening jutsu hits you, you're taking a lot of damage. So as a character yagura is quite effective, as support, not so much. He's got good tracking but he's not itachi, he can be dodged with a little effort. He's like average, just a moderaatly good character in the mess of them, when compared to others.
