"BEEP BEEP BEEP" sounded the alarm clock. A tired blue-eyed girl rolled over in her wool blanket and ignored the annoying sound. "Jaiden!" her mother yelled, "Time to get up!" Jaiden sluggishly started to get dressed. She stood about five and a quarter feet tall, with shoulder length brown hair. She had a slender build, but wasn't overly skinny. She threw on some jeans and her favorite shirt, which was a dark gray jersey that had the numbers 21 stand out on the back in an electric blue.
She grabbed her school bag and slowly walked down the stairs and tried to wake herself up a little more. "Here's your breakfast, darling." said Jaiden's mother. Jaiden sat down at the table and looked at her breakfast. This morning, It was bacon, toast, and an orange. She sighed as she took a few bites, and she headed off to school.
At the bus stop, she opened her book bag, and took out what appeared to be a voodoo doll. It was not that; in fact, it was a little crochet'd stick figure that she had made. It had a flat head the size of half dollar, a body the length of a finger, and little arms and legs.
Jaiden looked around, to make sure nobody was watching, and held the doll by it's right arm and whispered, "Wake up." Almost immediatly afteer she had said that, the doll had sprung to life. She set it down on her knee and watched it get used to being.. alive. Finally she spoke to it, "Hey, little dude." The doll looked up, startled, and it appeared to be trying to send a message of some sorts. "Oops! I almost forgot!" Jaiden giggled. She reached down and touched the doll on it's head."-did I get here?" the doll said. "I'm sorry, I caught you mid-sentence, didn't I? My bad. Start over where you had began." Jaiden said."I had said,- or tried to anyway- "Where am I? Who are you and how did I get here?" questioned the doll. "Well..." Jaiden started.
Stay tuned for part two! Let me know what you think in the comments!
Seems interesting. I look forward to readin more. However, next time, make the parts longer, and make it seem a bit more formal (like putting the chapter number at the top or *a bit* more spacing.)
I'll give you this one since it's the first in the series. This should get some users interested, just in case the later ones aren't featured.
