I used to HATE ships with two people who canonically are either fictional siblings, have a minor age difference, or was toxic. I used to watch commentary channels alot when I was younger, so I learned to treat people who made ship art of those tropes like actual criminals, but then I found wattpad and later, AO3. I really loved words (AND READING) when i was 9, and so i found out about fanfiction sites who have that same content that was oh-so horrible. I stumbled across one and all of a sudden i have a thought. That thought being, 'this is interesting and not so bad'. It was then that i realized that commentary channels who shit on people who make dead doves, shipcest, etc, are actively getting people to harass these people and remove them off the internet. And I thought that was stupid and wrong.I didn't see what was so wrong with shipping in general, and the antishippers and youtubers who had gone out of their way to harm the individuals just for a harmless ship are childish and immature. Few years pass, and at 13, after admitting to being proship myself i was harassed multiple times by the same person who friended me on discord and nicknamed me "pedophile" just for being fine with a certain ship. I was13, mind you. I went back to being an 'anti', pretending to have icks about certain ships but I was secretly bookmarking whump and smut on ao3 because I really didn't care about what people thought. And at 14, now, I have thought about these words that reoccured from a vivid tumblr post. It is, those who do not condone harassment of people for shipping on the internet are anti harassment and therefore proship. And those who harass for shipping anything they do not like are antiship, therefore pro-harassment. Which leads to another analysis...

Antishippers are fucking ANNOYING ASS FUCKING HYPOCRITES.

They can excuse murder, cannibalism, torture, BDSM, child death, rape, etc... BUT NOT SHIPCEST AND EVEN TOXIC4TOXIC???

See, kids, the reason why the internet sucks nowadays is because of those people. We proshippers were striving back then. Homestuck? We're here. Undertale? We're here. Bendy and the Ink Machine? We're also here!! Overwatch? Pokemon? MLP?? Hi!! Harry potter? Game of thrones? FUCKING TWILIGHT!? You could find us ANYWHERE.

But in later years, as more kids started using the internet. and as commentary youtubers started getting popular, there has been more puritanism in shipping discourse, and i'm not talking christians who don't wish to hurt anybody, no. These fuckers would send hate messages and callout posts, as wellas invade the proshippers' personal spaces just meant for them when the antis push them TO be in there. Oh, but then, if the proshipper keeps a secret like trauma, and proships freely, the anti will force them to talk about their trauma that not even the proshipper themself can stomach because it's an actual shitty ass fucking crime that happened in reality. And then say "you need therapy.", or fucking DOXX THEIR FACE AND SHIT???

Therapists ENCOURAGE this. Therapists consider this a GOOD COPING MECHANISM, if it is to cope. Why? They arem't real. They're fictional. Does it make you a sadist to have your silly little fictional cinnamon roll go through abuse? Depends. You don't want to hurt anyone in reality, right? Unless, let me guess, "theyre a proshipper who draws cp" No. No no no no NO. CP is a term pedos use to describe CSAM, or Child Sexual Abuse Material. Two things to say about CSAM... It's not hot, and it's not fictional. You can't draw CSAM because CSAM has an ACTUAL REAL LIFE KID IN THE MATERIAL SUFFERING ON CAMERA. You draw a fictional kiddy, and its not hurting ANYONE IRL. Sure, it's weird, HOWEVER, It's legal, unlike watching molly get violated onscreen because freaks FUCKING LOVE THAT SHIT. By using "CP" instead of CSAM to make a false name for FICTIONAL UNREAL CHARACTERS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE UP IN PEOPLE'S MINDS, you are using the gross and disgusting term pedophiles use to sexualize illegal material. Oh, and it doesn't even count as porn, since porn is supposed to be erotic and consensual. Is kids being raped sexy? No. SO DONT CALL IT CP. CALL IT CSEM. CALL ILLEGAL MATERIAL CSEM/CSAM, AND DONT CALL FICTIONAL NSFW EITHER. There's a site that therapists answer questions on online. THIS PROVES MY POINT. I once heard about an anti trying to get a proshipper to watch CSAM on ao3. SPEAKING OF, LET'S GO BACK TO "WHY ANTIS NEED TO KEEP THEIR NASTY HANDS TO THEMSELVES." They visit proship-made sites such as AO3, Tumblr, etc... and shit on the proshippers who write their silly little fanfics. Let me tell you something. I was once in a chatzy server where there was this one guy who does anal with his BIO MOM. And that fucking repulsed me. But look at me, thinking The Coffin of Andy and Leyley is awesome in every aspect. Why? BECAUSE ONE IS MORE LEGAL THAN THE OTHER. WHY??? Cuz its fictional. It's not real, not hurting anybody, not gonna have an irl inbred child that comes after, none of that.

TL;DR: We are anti harassment, we can do anything we want with fictional characters that we made inside our heads, we don't give a shit about false puritanism culture of antis, our therapists think what we do with said silly characters is A-O-KAY, and we HATE HATE HATE actual weirdos who break the law just for their pro-contact shit.

I'd hate to break this to you, antis, but i think you're in the losing side.
