Today I trudge to school
On a beautiful summers day
I think of myself as a fool
For school would ruin this day
I feel like a horse deprived of hay
The birds are singing on a tree
oh, what a wonderful tune
As for me I do not feel free
I enter in the morn and exit at noon
School is like a dreary cocoon
I prefer to be at home
Sat in front of a screen
Silent and alone
School is no place for a teen
And the bullies, oh so mean
