Ever since HullBreach stopped changing names,everyone was creating alts because they didn't 'Like their names'. Alts are fine if not used for:

Mailice
Malicious use of alts is using them to evade ban,or harass other users.

Trolling
Trolling is either flaming someone,or acting like someone else but using the name to make fun of them.
(I.E. Justin Beiber alt. "DON'T BUY MY CDS THEY SUCK"

Admin Alts
Admins have alts for a variety of reasons. Like: Using them on their site. (web hosting) and to just get away from admin accounts.

Some admins are ban happy on alts (not naming them).Now with the addition of savantbot,Alts of banned users are killed before they can even chat.
