-.- Don't talk about viruses, you're making me remember my laptop virused with trustwarrior.bat and it screams like a ghost everytime it says "Download trojan virus for free.".

i had a computer that thought it had trojan
apparently "trogan-remover.exe" is a virus because it has the word trogan in it.

it was terrible though, the computer would scream like a pig every time it ran a virus scan because it "found a virus"

Thanks everyone! My computer is now fixed. It was a stupid trojan horse virus that shut my computer down. Now its better, so thanks everybody!

Maybe there was a recall on that type of computer. That's what happened to mine. Look it up (on your dsi browser, of course).

Take every single plug out of the Wall Outlet, and let the pc rest for about 5-6 hours.

1. turn on computer
2. do you see boot menu?
3.if yes, then continue, if no, go seek repairman
4. if you see boot menu, then you should be able to safely boot windows. i am assuming you have windows xp because of space cadet

Well it's not a simple thing to fix a computer when it's in that condition. Hopefully, you have some local computer repair place. Try calling them.

Here's a list of possible causes:

1) Virus infestation

2) Missing critical file(s)

3) Physical damage

4) Computer may have been hacked

5) Corrupted critical file(s)

6) Bad connections inside computer

7) Broken conections inside computer

It sounds like you've got a virus. And a bad one. You'll have to find an anti-virus program that will run as the computer boots up. Norton is probably your best bet. Also, your computer could just be dead.

All I can think of is to reinstall the operating system disc but if it's a virus, I can't help you. Find a Windows XP/Vista/7 Operation Disc.
