Lots of people have been noticing custom profiles are down. If you didn't already know, they are. This was probably an intentional change from Hull due to the fact that some people would put excessive amounts of popups and things, resulting in blogmins having to delete blogs.
Conclusion: Although it is slightly annoying it really is a helpful update because, to be honest, it was a bug.

accepted, reason: while a bit on the short side...I think it's a good idea to accept this so people don't barrage poor Hull with tons of mail asking why it won't work.
