Hey, supersonic233 here! This blog will explain how to get custom tracks for Mario Kart Wii™.
Step 1: You gotta have Super Smash Bros. Brawl™ or Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures™ in order to get custom tracks. If you don't have either of them, well, you are out of luck.
Step 2: You must have an SD Card in order to do this. (At least 1Gigabite) If you don't, buy one somewhere else.
Step 3: Update your Wii version to 4.3. This will allow you to download the data on your Wii.
Step 4: Go on to www.mariokartwii.com and search "How to get custom tracks on mkwii" Look for Mr.Bean35000vr's thread, and click it. Be sure to have the SD Card in your computer. Scroll down until you get to the part that says, "4.3 Riivolution Download". Now choose which game you have, (SSBB or Lego Indiana Jones 1.) and download the appropriate files, and extract them to your SD Card. (Either "Smash Stack" or "Indiana Pwns!" Also, download Custom Track Data.) Once those files are on your SD card, go ahead and remove the SD card.
Step 5: You're almost done! Stick the SD card into the Wii. Go to Wii Settings, press Data Management, then press Wii. NOTE: You might wanna move your data of the game you are using to get Riivolution to a different SD Card if you don't wanna lose your data.
Step 6: When you see all your Wii data, click SD Card. Depending on what file you chose, ("Smash Stack" or "Indiana Pwns!" copy it to the Wii. Then, go to your Wii Menu with either Lego Indiana Jones 1 or SSBB in the Wii, and start the game. NOTE: Keep your SD Card in the Wii!
Step 7a: Downloading Riivolution (Indiana Pwns!)
When you start the game, click Load Game, and click the file with 0.0% completion, and play it. When you spawn, go outside. Go to the Art Room, and stand in front of the left character, and press the button with the two sillouettes with arrows inbetween them. It will go to a certain screen. Don't worry, your Wii is fine. Part 2 coming soon!
