So... Some people here have ADHD right? Wanna learn BETTER ways to control it? Here are some tips that I find helpful:
(Results may vary)
1: How to try and get some sleep: I myself have ADHD, and I hope this sleeping tip'll help. Try laying with your body down, or curl up into a ball. It's your choice which side you sleep on, whichever one is MORE comfortable for you. Also, if you have a large pillow, hug onto it or something. I use all these methods and it works (for me that is)
2: Distractions: Having ADHD, you tend to zone out right? Or get distracted easily. I hope this tip works. Try multi-tasking, Yes for some of you it may seem complicated. Just listen, I do this in school ALL THE TIME! The teachers may think I'm zoning out (Most likely I am) But I'm actually listening! Try Multi-tasking. Another thing I've tried since school started was Pen Spinning. It may distract others and yourself, but it'll be self-discipline to focus.
3: How to control your Movements: Having ADHD, you also tend to move A LOT right? I've tried this, and it MAY NOT work for other people, so here; Try chewing gum. It really helps! If your brain thinks something is moving, the rest of your body stops and you just focus on chewing! (Make sure you aren't annoying while you chew though)
Hope these helped!
