I'm not trying to sound like a "mini-mod" or anything here, but the number of dupe threads I see is amazingly terrible.

Now, there are only a few reasons that I could understand for someone to make a dupe thread; they don't know about the "search" feature, they think the original thread has too many posts, they think their thread is different because it has a different title, etc. However, none of these reasons are logical nor acceptible.

Take, for example, the recent "recent events" category. It's been up for less than a week now, it doesn't even have a second page of threads, and it has what, 3 dupe threads? Come on, every thread is on the first page! You can't read through the titles for half a second to read through them? Honestly...

It just ticks me off when people don't have the patience nor the respect to check whether their thread would be a dupe or not.
