Here's a nice tip if you're having problems with acne, one way to help prevent it is to stop sleeping sideways with your face touching the pillow, I know it's hard to change sleeping positions for some, but if you can't do that then another way to help curb acne is to simply change your pillow sheets. I washed mine a few days ago and it's been 2-3 months since I've cleaned them (yuck I know). It's hard to imagine all the germs, skin, and other material on them and also it's rubbing against your face for hours while you sleep, definitely not good for your skin so it'd probably be best to change sheets every 3-4 days.
