Tip #1
Draw. Whatever, whoever, whenever. It doesn't matter if you can't draw, just pick up a pen or a pencil and draw. Draw, draw, draw. When you're not drawing, I suggest you draw. See an ant? Draw it. See a plane? Draw it. Get my drift?
Tip #2
Get outside. Let the world see the most amazing person ever. You, of course!! You have to. Staying cooped up in your room all day will not help anything, but make it worse.
Tip #3
Try to smile three times a day, at the times when you feel the most depressed, okay? At least three, I said!! If you feel like doing more, go ahead!!
Tip #4
Write. Write your life story!! That's what I do. When you get angry, write out reasons you're angry. When you're sad, write out what makes you sad. When you're eating, write what it tastes like!!
Tip #5
Go to a store. Any store that sells clothing. Try on the weirdest outfits. Ones that are colorful and zany!! Then, look at yourself in a mirror and laugh. Laugh until it hurts, okay? Buy them, so you can laugh at yourself all the time!!
