Well Christmas seems to be a week away. There haven't been many art contests lately. And I know there are some fantastic artists out there. So...maybe the users of SDK can try their artistic hands once more before we come upon 2012. Yeah, I couldn't resist showing off my little painting either. Who knows, could serve as some inspiration.

It's simple. Just draw anything relating to both the holidays and to that powdery stuff we call snow. Yes, your artwork must include snow. Submit the link to me through mail, not through blog comments; friend me if needed. This is so that entries remain private until the contest ends and all are in, and no one gets extra advantages. I personally will remain the sole judge. Entries are judged entirely on creativity, aesthetics, skill, you get the idea. Deadline is Christmas Eve at midnight, so you have just less than a week to concoct something cool.

And of course prizes. There will be three winners max.

1st place - 5 Savii Bucks
2nd place - 3 Savii Bucks
3rd place - 2 Savii Bucks

Rules:
1. Artwork must be created with either DSiPaint, 3DSPaint, or WiiPaint. Nothing else will be accepted.
2. Must be created by yourself, manually. Using an existing image for reference is fine.
3. Must be in .png format. This is automatic for DSiPaint and WiiPaint, but 3DSPaint offers several file types. Be sure to choose .png.
3. Obviously anything offensive or in violation of the site terms is out.
4. One entry per individual.
5. Anything linked in the comments is ineligible.
6. Anything entered in a previous contest or contests is ineligible.
7. For winners to claim prizes, I must be contacted within two days' time, on or before December 27.

Contest entries and results should be posted on Christmas day.
