Hello, 3DS/DSi/WiiPaint! And today, I am going to be reviewing one of the most epic racing games I had ever had the pleasure using. That game is Mario Kart 7 (MK7) for Nintendo 3DS.

I am going to be rateing this game with the basics, "Gameplay", "Graphics", "Sound", and finally the "Overall performance". So, how about we get started?

GAMEPLAY



The gameplay in MK7 still uses the traditional setup, a "Grand Prix" in which you can race against computers or you can race real people via "SpotPass" and "StreetPass", a "Balloon Battle" were you try to pop your opponents ballons with shells, bombs, bananas, and much more! The last gameplay option is "Coin Runners". In coin runners, you and your opponents race around a maze-like stage trying to collect as many gold coins as possible. The one with the most gold coins at the end of the round wins, but be careful, your and your opponents coins can be stolen with the same objects in "Grand Prix" and "Balloon Battle". Although alot of the options are the same, alot of the features are unique. Such as the ability to customise your vehicle with different body types, unique wheel types, and epic glider types. Because of all this, I give gameplay a 8/10.

GRAPHICS



The graphics in Mario Kart are nice and smooth. From the mushrooms in "Mushroom Gorge" to the river in "Koopa Cape" this game has one of the best graphics I had ever seen in a Mario Kart game yet. Whats evan better is the 3D graphics. The 3D in this game really pops out so you can really notice it. It seems like evan when you look at the logo on its main menu the 3D layers which objects are behind, which objects are in the front and which objects are in the center area. The graphics in this game are epic for a cartoonish game, because of this, I am giving graphics a 9/10.

SOUND



The sound in this game is epicly generated. From when you start off, to when your passing the finish line, every split second has its on unique sound affect. And for a handheld video game, the surround sound is really noticeable. especially with ear/headphones. It is really useful in detecting green shells and bom-ombs. The only I dislike is the grunts that your Mii makes when your raceing with them. It makes have a seemingly high voice. But that isn't much of a problem. I give the audio in this game a 7/10.

OVERALL



Overall, I give this game a epic 9/10. This game offers enjoyment for people of all and any age. I think that so far this is the best and most unique Mario Kart game yet. It would make a fine addition to Mario lovers and racing game lovers alike. If you ever are going to buy a new Nintendo 3DS game, think about this one.

The whole cc, exept for mirror mode, is just stupidly easy. mirror is made of hacker cpus aswell, it's plain stupid. I don't care about my star rating anyway, 1 is enough.

It's a cool game, specially when I go online to kick some butt.
The only thing that bothers me is that some times you see the guy on front fall off the edge and then he's instatly in the track racing again.. like, is he cheating, the game is lagging or what?

Im just saying that if you use a item, take a jump, or dive into the water your mii say woo hoo! in a high cartonnish voice. Its not a big controversey...

You forgot how the computers always start with fully loaded coins in the 150cc races, and how they only lose one coin in the Coin battle, while you lose 3, no matter what.

Then there's the "Overkill" Attacks... Red shell, then lightning, then blue shell... >.<

Nice review, especially since, as you said, it's your first. Consider adding more images. Consider removing the Savii, and centering the image.

Bond, the only thing you should edit is the "race people throught spotpass and streetpass" thing.

You cant race people with that, only spotpass, but you actually get ghost data

Good review, but you said nothing about the gyro controls. I personally don't like them because it ruins the 3D when you tilt it and because of the view you have to race at. +1

First, your Mii only gives high pitched squeals because you've set the age on your Mii low.
Second, the rating sometimes didn't reflect the opinion.
Last, you've used a lot of words out of context. Like "seemingly" and "generated", and you've written many spelling mistakes. Proof read.
Overall, the review is great, but work on those little points and it'll be even better. I'd also like to see more description and maybe photos.


Personally, I think the graphics are great. But the Balloon Battle and Coin Runners are horrible. I prefered Balloon Battles back on DS, when there wasn't a timer and you'd knock people out when they run out of balloons.

i dont know why people complain about lack of 3D elements in games.

3D is everywhere on this game.
If you dont see it, you must have quite a bad eyesight.

In some places it sucks, but when your passing cars in first person, its noticeable.

Grammar lesson: drop the "e" and add an "ing".
