I really, really think the Secretaries could be more helpful than they are being as of now... NOW, BEFORE A CERTAIN ADMIN RAGES AT ME FOR THIS, WAIT!!! I HAVE EVIDENCE!!! =DDD Hear me out.
I've seen Secretaries not treating new members with respect, being rude to them and having an attitude when they ask a question. As seen here:

I'd like to point out that the user wasn't complaining, that the question was NOT filed under Complaint. The new user asked a simple question, and got a rather snotty answer. 

Also, I've seen questions closed when other admins liked the idea.

Also, there is no FAQ about having Saviis as avatars. 

I'm not asking for the Secretaries to be replaced or removed or whatever...I'm asking that they PLEASE respect the members more.... If it wasn't for them, admins wouldn't be here... This SITE wouldn't be here. Without members, there would be no use for your much-loved ban hammers. Isn't that sad? And if this continues... this site might start losing members. In fact, it already kind of is... I know tht usually we get a lot of new members during the summer. Well, this summer... We didn't get many at all. I heard members talking, wondering where all the new members were.X One said,  "it might be because of some of the admins treating members terribly."
So, please. For the sake of this site. I know, they get annoying, and I know you end up answering similar questions more than once. But you're a Secretary, its your job as an admin on this site. You're going to deal with annoying members, new members, ect. There's no use throwing a tantrum when you have to answer a question. Those admins that do their jobs effectively and correctly... Thank you. As for the rest, there ARE those members that really just don't know, that just want an answer. Not everyone is a "trolling" "noob".
