From May 8th to May 31st, you can get a Deoxys via using Nintendo WFC under Mystery Gift.

It is:

- Level 100, so fully trained
- With the moves Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Recover, and Psycho Boost
- In a Dusk Ball
- Comes with a life orb

Aaaaand, you can change Deoxy's form in Nacrene city's museum. You know, as opposed to any other museum in the game.
