I go to a site called DSi Gamble. It currently has around 30 members,and growing. It is a mobile sie (of course)where you can talk with your friends, take quizzes, and do polls. You also have a chance to be randomly selected as an admin, the catch is that in only 10 people that join 1 actually becomes an admin. The best part is that its completely free.
