They are ok, It's just a shame you can't custamise them much. They were also made for the mobile web browsers and then they have loads of images and knowing mobile browsers... they are slow... I'd say a begginers website.
Yeah, what kenneth said or use a new web server alltoghther. Check these out, http://vistapanel.net, http://zymic.com and I would srongly reccomend http://freewebhostingarea.com as it is free, has loads or space and no adds + more of a domain name choice.
