I think owning a legendary in a normal Pokéball is a pretty cool thing. :]

Ultra Ball.

It's very well rounded. Fairly cheap, too, if you have a lot of cash. Besides that I'd choose the Safari Ball. They're super cheap and you can catch rare Pokémon with 'em.
