In DSiPaint Spriter is not saving sprites

You can't get a single sprite to go to your album? Maybe provide a few more details regarding your situation.

I have nothing in my album, when I try to open it just shows the "Exit" button. And when I am drawing the sprite and I save it, it says Image saved to gallery but it doesn't save anything.

I have been tried and tried to save sprites but it is something wrong because is not letting me to do that.
I know that this should be in the Helpdesk, but I posted a thread there and somebody closed it without any response so I am here, asking for help...
