Probably grand theft auto. Where death isn't permanent and a you only have to stay in jail for a few seconds before respawning. =D Not to mention having the ability to drive any car and shoot everything up!

I'm disappointed that the 3DS has no calendar or alarm function pre-loaded, and that if you want those you have to buy them in the Eshop. :/
