This would be a problem. Just becuase you dont get along with an admin doesnt mean hes or she is the worst admin ever. Some admins Do indeed get their privlages takin away due to innapropeit use of powers, or chatmenship

Because people would vote admins to leave just because they banned them. (Even if the ban was a just one) It wouldn't be fair.
