Regeneration. My Mienshao has it, and it is awesome. When you switch Mienshao out, it heals up to 1/3 of it's maximum HP. :D

Contrary. Moves used on the Pokemon that raise stats lower the stats, while the moves that lower the stats raise the stat.

My favorite ability is Pressure. It causes the opponent to lose 2pp instead of 1pp per move Many legendary Pokemon have this ability which include some of my favorites-- Mewtwo, Zapdos, Raikou, Entei, Articuno, Suicune, Dialga, Spiritomb, and Ho-oh.

genius isn't everything

idk my favorite tho. ive never really focused on it.
