i got homework everyday since 3rd grade (one paper per weekend) why are those kids complaining, the homework probably didnt take that long. try having to read 3 chapters in english, complete a chapter study guide for social studies, 2 math worksheets, and a page of italian almost everyday.
If everyone who followed their dreams made it, we all would be famous.
really we need a break because having homework everyday isnt good.We need a break.Im not saying to have no homework its just that having homework EVERY day we need time to still be young and enjoy it not be doing homework 24/7
99% of girls, would die if Justin Bieber got picked for the Hunger Games, I am part of the 1%, that would volunteer for the game
Homework is useful, it helps you to further understand what you didn't quite grasp in lesson. You have to concentrate on school if you want a good job. Or, at times like this, if you want to get any job.
Homework is good. I do mine. Only way I'm passing. I think that having a little homework is a good thing. What's so important that you can't sit down and do it? Now I'm not saying we gotta have 6 hours worth, but, an hour at the most. Homework should be coordinated so you have x subject 1 night, and y subject the next night. makes sense to me.
When I lived in Egypt, I didn't have a second to spare. And if you didn't do your homework the teachers would hit you. Even on weekends we had homework, and that was only first grade. It really gave me a headstart when I came to American school, it was so much easier.
I guess they have some things right. A kid should have some time to mess around, but everyone needs homework. Without homework people would forget things and become uneducated.
People sometimes need to break rules to help a friend who hurts.
Im surprised one important fact hasnt been pointed out. with all the worlds knowledge an internet click away. whats the point of making another copy in your head.
when looking back on school, every thing after 6th grade was a wast of time.
a better model would be from 6th grade on, to let you choose a path focused on giveing you skills of any career of your choice. (which you could change your mind about at any point)
whats so funny. whats the point of forcing people into a broad range spectrum for twelve years only to leave them confused cause they were never alowed to develop their interests?
