I think it'd be better if this thread was used to give tips more-so than codes. For example, picture placement depending on size, background and foreground div color recommendations, etc.

You know what, I'll start the actual tip giving rather than what everyone else is doing.
-It's best to center images whose width is less than 210 pixels. This looks especially good for images that have a white or transparent background. This tip is also useful for use in blogs.
-For textarea images on user profiles, keeping images around 200 pixels in width seems to look good.
-If you are using table borders and table backgrounds, making the colors used complimentary colors (like the yellow and light blue I use) is fairly pleasing to the eyes.
