Casey Anthony has now been sentenced to one year in jail per each instance of lying to authorities, which comes out to 4 years.

You could tell she's guilty by the way she was acting during the trial. She just sat stonefaced. If it was accidental, she would've been hysterical. And why was she partying a few weeks after her daughter was found dead? Very suspicious.

She's been locked up for practically four years already, so for the time already served and good behavior taken into consideration, the judge determined that she would be released next week. She'll be paying over $4000 in fines and fees for lying, but that will be the sum of her punishment.

Whoever judged her not-guilty should be taken to get their head checked, because it's blatantly obvious that she's guilty. If she didn't want a kid she shouldn't have had one. Poor girl. Even if they can't charge her with manslaughter or murder, she should at least be charged with child abuse, because she doesn't sound like a very good mother with the partying, etc and didn't she not report her missing until a few weeks later?

Casey is innocent. There was this one part in the trial where they played a video of her and Caylee....She cried.

I don't know who killed Caylee but it wasn't her mother.
