On a PC browser you can edit posts by doing simple things; I know you can do this in opera not sure about chrome. What's wrong is that people can take fake screenshots and get you into trouble.

There is no system for reporting users via screenshot, so it is not a loophole. But it is a difficulty.
Any screenshot can be edited. That's why administrative and disciplinary action should be more often made based on first-hand experience rather than indirect evidence.
I look into all serious allegations. If they are true, the perpetrator is generally perma-banned. If the person reporting it faked evidence, I will perma-ban that person.
